Chapter 5: 1976 - 1999


1976: Gary Allen gets a new book published, The Rockefeller File [eBook]. 500.000 copies were printed. An easy and quick read.

The suppressing of evidence of life and artefacts on Mars. Carl Sagan: a puppet for the Establishment. The landing module of the US spacecraft Viking 1 had a successful landing on the surface of Mars on 20 Jul 1976. The first color pictures were taken. The public was cheated at least three times that week by NASA.

 

1) The color of Mars. From 20 July, Mars officially became the “Red Planet”. James C. Fletcher (1919-1991), NASA Administrator 1971-77 and 1986-89, had given instructions that all photos from Mars should be red colored. Read this fascinating article from 2002 by Richard C. Hoagland, “Revealing the True Colors of NASA…”. The true colors of Mars are variations of beige, green and blue.

 

2) The second cheating was the suppression of evidence of microbiological life on Mars. These findings, which were explained away by NASA, have been docu­mented in the book Mars: the living planet (1997) by Barry E. DiGregorio, Gilbert V. Levin and Patricia Ann Straat.

 

3) The satelite Orbiter 1 took photos 25 Jul 1976 of the region Cydonia on Mars. One of the pics showed the now famous rocky monument of the “Face” surrounded by a desert landscape. The Viking Project Researcher Gerry Soffen explained on a press conference that the Face was no monument at all, just an accidental play of light and shadows. He further said that a new photo had been taken some hours laters, and that the Face then was gone. This was later proven to be a deliberate lie (The McDaniel Report 1993). The Face is just one of several gigantic monuments in the Cydonia region. The area reminds of a theme park, and includes the so-called D&M Pyramid which is 1250 meter high and the length of its sides are between 2700 and 3800 meter. Its volume is 1000 times greater than the Kheops pyramid. This is no sand dune, which is the only explanation that NASA is willing to give to the people.

 

One of the more pathetic figures in this drama, was the astronomer Carl Sagan (1934-1996), a shill for the Establish­ment’s many scams. A self-digging Judas media-clown, he managed somehow to present himself as Mr. Science, while in reality he just told the lies he was paid to tell by NASA or those above. He discredited many who contributed with real discoveries and genuine insights. But on Sagan’s heaven, only one star was allowed to shine… guess who!

 

Zecharia Sitchin (born 1920), a Russian born Palestinian-American editor and journalist for history & economics related journals, gets his first book published, The 12th Planet. Sitchin had in his leisure time written several volumes of notes on the beginning of mankind’s civilization, and he had learned to read the texts in the world’s eldest written languages: Egyptian, Hebrew, Akkadian and finally Sumerian. By time he was convinced that the Sumerian mythologies, which in the other languages were copied with minor or major editing, were not mythologies at all, but real history. And this history is the story about a top-level projectgroup of aliens who arrived on Earth 445.000 years ago, and 300.000 years ago created Homo sapiens by inserting some of their own genes into already existing wild hominids in order to get some sorely needed “slave labourers”. Later on, many of the ET-males had sex with the female earthlings, and by continous hybridization there was finally no or only minor anatomic differences between the two species. The alien group were the initiators of mankind’s eldest civilizations, and they left Planet Earth 600-500 BC. The Bible stories from Adam and Eve down to Abraham are a strongly edited version of the Sumerian story, but in the Bible stories the local god Yahweh have replaced the whole ET-group and are given the credit for all the work that they did.

 

Does this sound absolutely outrageous? Yes, of course it does! But why does it sound so outrageous? We can’t image this to be true, and even more, we don’t want this to true! Darwinism is not only based on the dogma of naturalism, it is also based on the implicit dogma of isolationism, i.e. that our evolution has not been interfered with by aliens. But this is just an implicit dogma of zero value, not supported by any scientific evidence. So, Erich von Däniken and Zecharia Sitchin, by quite distinct approaches, argue for the interventionist theory. Since the presence of aliens on our planet, both in the past and in the present, is a strong tabu for the Establishment, the interventionist theory is also a strong tabu for the Establishment. That is why most of us experience so strong negative feelings when we first hear about the interventionist theory, because we have been culturally programmed to this reaction.

 

Zecharia Sitchin has per 2007 written 11 fascinating books about the ET projectgroup who created Homo sapiens and gave us civilization.


 

1977: The Jimmy Carter Administration (Jan 1977 – Jan 1981) was almost a pure Trilateral Commision (TC) Administration. Carter was a former TC member, and he appointed 26 former TC members to senior positions in his Admini­stration.

 

The American journalist Carl Bernstein, who together with Bob Woodward broke the story of the Watergate break-in, gets a classic article published in The Rolling Stone on the 20 Oct 1977, The CIA and the Media. Bernstein documents how CIA has controlled main­stream media since Allen W. Dulles became CIA Director in 1953. Let us add to this how also CFR has controlled mainstream media, as documented in Chapter 6 in Gary Allen’s book The Rockefeller File [eBook].

 

1979- : Neoliberalism and its globalization. Neo­liberalism, a special version of marked fundamenta­lism, had been created at the University of Chicago by the Austrian-British economist and political philosopher Friedrich August von Hayek (1899-1992), the American economist Milton Friedman (1912-2006) and his ”Chicago boys”. Marked fundamentalism, for some a pejorative term for economic liberalism and laissez-faire capitalism, can be summarized in one sentence: it is to the advantage of both the society and the population to leave the economy completely to the forces of the free marked. The governments should remove all their former regulations of business.

 

The proponents of neoliberalism compare the society to the jungle, and argue that the jungle is only a perfect ecological system in so far as it is not interfered with. Those who cannot survive in the jungle without artificial help should disappear. Humans, human needs, and the need for the society and the economy to evolve are not factors to be considered or given much weight in neoliberalism. Neoliberalism is a kind of moral excuse for the predators on the top of the food chain to continue their predatory behaviour, and to argue that the law of the jungle is the very best we can get.

 

Neoliberalism was first introduced as the official economic policy during the Pinochet regime in Chile in 1973, then in Great Britain in 1979 when Margareth Thatcher became Prime Minister (1979-1990), and then in USA in 1981 when Ronald Reagan became President (1981-89). The next two countries that introduced neoliberalism was New Zealand and Australia. From 1985 onwards neoliberalism conquered the member countries of the European Community, treaty by treaty. From 1987 onwards, all the Third World countries which found themselves in the Debt Crisis were forced by the ”Washington Concensus” to introduce neoliberalism.


1980: On 29 Apr 1980, Beatrix became Queen of the Kingdom of the Netherlands when her mother abdicated. She has been a long-time member of the Club of Rome and the Bilderberg Group. According to a 2005 Forbes website report, the queen’s personal wealth is estimated at $4.7 billion. If this estimate is indeed accurate, it makes her one of the richest people in the world.

 

In the 1980 election, it was revealed that Jimmy Carter and his two primary opponents, John Anderson and George H. W. Bush, were also TC members. The same year Holly Sklar released the book Trilateralism: the Trilateral Commission and Elite Planning for World Management.

 

 

1982: The debt crisis of the Third world exploded in 1982 when Mexico told its creditors it could not repay its debts. This debt crisis was no accident, it was no “bad luck” caused by some unforeseen factors or surprises on the international financial markeds. The debt crisis of the Third world had been planned way back in the 1960s by CorpoEmpire USA. Everything turned out exactly as planned! It was a great success for the masterminds behind the plan. John Perkins tells the whole sordid story in his autobiography, Confessions of an economic hit man (2004). A professional and concise summary  of the book have been published by CapitolReader.com (here).


The bottom line is, the CorpoEmpire USA had since the 1950s developed a diabolic plan for how to conquer the Third world financially. First, “economic hit men” from international consulting companies set up a honey trap for those in power in the Third world countries by treating them as kings. Those in power were presented with highly exaggerated estimates of how profitable it would be for the country to accept loans for certain huge engineering/construction projects which would improve the infra­structure in the country. The projects could be related to energy production, access to water, trans­portation, communication etc.

 

The larger the loans those in power accepted, the happier the economic hit men were! They did not give a damn about the level of corruption in the country; or how much of the money would end up in private pockets and bank accounts; or whether the building projects would succeed or not; or whether the projects would turn out to be profitable or not. Their one and only aim was to lead the Third world countries into a debt crisis.

 

The engineering/construction projects had in most cases little or nothing to do with fulfilling the needs of the majority of the people. However, the projects would certainly make life easier and more comfortable for the richest in the country. Further, it was part of the deal that the building contracts would go to a relatively small number of American and multinational corporations. These corporations would naturally make large profits out of the projects.

 

John Perkins worked from 1971 to 1980 as an economic hit man for one of the international consulting companies, Chas T. Main. He writes that when the companies did not succeed in persuading those in power to accept their offers, the jackals were sent in. The jackals were assassinators and regime changing para­military troops from the CIA. And if that didn’t help, finally the Pentagon might get the job of launching a war on some phoney excuse.

 

When the Third world countries some years later found themselves in a debt crisis in which they could not repay its debts, the next phase of the diabolic plan was set in motion. The CFR-controlled World Bank (WB) and the Inter­national Monetary Fund (IMF) came in as “saviors”, offering the debt countries new loans on the condition that the countries would introduce a neoliberal policy and open up their inner markeds for US and multinational corporations. The debt countries also had to prioritize the payback at the expense of the needs of their poor populations. The consequences were the following:

 

  • the countries’ natural resources would become easy prey for foreign giant predatory companies.
  • the countries were caught in a debt trap that they never could get out of. Their debts would just increase by time.
  • the countries’ populations would in practice be trans­formed to slave labourers and cheap servants, left to die of hunger and diseases when they were not longer young and strong enough.

In other words, the diabolic plan was imperialism by “foreign aid”, WB and IMF being the primary instru­ments. John Perkins (2004):

 

“I was loyal to the American republic, but what we were perpetrating through this new, highly subtle form of imperialism was the financial equivalent of what we had attempted to accomplish militarily in Vietnam. If Southeast Asia had taught us that armies have limitations, the economists had responded by devising a better plan, and the foreign aid agencies and the private contractors who served them (or, more appropriately, were served by them) had become proficient at executing that plan.”

 

One of the top front men for realizing this plan was Robert Strange McNamara in his role as President of the World Bank from 1968-1981. Before that, he had been US Secretary of Defense from 1961-1968.

While both the IMF and WB loan to depressed and less developed countries, their loans are intended to address different problems. The IMF mainly lends to countries that have balance of payment problems (they can not pay their international debts), while WB offers loans to fund particular development projects. The loans from WB and IMF were conditioned by the acceptance of so-called Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs), a list of neoliberal economic policies that the countries were forced to introduce. These policies had the effect of widening the economic gap between the rich and the poor countries, and between the rich and the poor people within each country.

 

The World Bank had always had a strong connection to Rockefeller’s Chase Manhattan Bank. The three World Bank Presidents from 1947 to 1968 – John J. McCloy, George David Woods and Eugene Robert Black – all had worked at Chase before taking up positions at World Bank. The total debt of the Third world countries increased every year through the 1980s and 1990s, exactly as planned.

 



1986: The billiondollar phoney War on HIV & AIDS starts. The HIV=AIDS dogma was officially established on a press conference on 23 Apr 1984 in Washington DC. Margaret Heckler, the new secretary for US Health and Human Services, announced that Dr. Robert C. Gallo at the National Cancer Institute had isolated a virus that probably was the cause of AIDS. The ”isolated” virus was a so-called retrovirus, in 1986 given the name Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). According to the correct procedure (”the golden standard”) for how to isolate virus, established at Institut Pasteur in Paris in 1973, Gallo had not isolated a virus. The virus explanation as the cause of AIDS was in itself pretty weak and improbable. There were too many cases of AIDS that could not be explained by a sexually transmittable virus, and a sexually transmittable virus giving AIDS would have resulted in a radically different epidemi­ology.

 

Per 2007, only three virologists in the world have claimed to have isolated the HIV-virus: Luc Montagnier (France), Robert C. Gallo (USA) and Robin Weiss (England). The rest of the world’s virologists have just based their work on the assumption that HIV really has been isolated and identified. Both Weiss and Gallo would later be exposed, respectively in 1991 and 1992, for lying and cheating concerning their claims to have isolated the virus. Both had used cell cultures from Montagnier. The crucial question, therefore, is whether Montagnier in 1983 really isolated HIV (or a virus at all) in accordance with the golden standard of 1973.

 

Montagnier gave an interview in 1997 where he had to explain in detail exactly what he had done and what he had discovered in his laboratory in 1983 (here). Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos (1997) has given a thorough analysis of this interview (here). She concluded that Montagnier had no basis for claiming to have isolated a virus, far less a retrovirus, not to mention a specific kind of a retrovirus.

 

AIDS is in reality not one disease, but 4-5 spectres of partly overlapping symptoms. Each spectrum has its own etiology and frequency of symptoms. This is the reason why the difference in symptoms is so great between ”Africa AIDS” and ”Western AIDS”. The Perth-team in Australia, where Eleni Papadopulos-Eleopulos is the mastermind, have estimated that an official experiment in which the existence of HIV could be verified or disproved once and for all, would only take 6-12 months from design to completion, and would cost no more than $100.000 (here).

 

There are two types of HIV tests: Western blot (WB) and ELISA. Concerning the WB test, there are 10-15 various national standards for how to evaluate the same result. Concerning the ELISA test, an individual’s serum has to be diluted to a ratio of 1:400 with a special specimen diluent (here). Otherwise every single human being on Earth is HIV-positive. The ELISA test and the WB test does not support or complement each other, so to be ”sure”, you have to take both. What kind of nonsense is this? If the virologists really had identified a specific virus, in stead of just a bunch of ”markers” supposedly of the virus, one single type of HIV test with one single standard of evaluation would be sufficient. There are around 70 known somatic conditions, both normal and pathological (and not related to AIDS), that will make a HIV test positive. Around 50 % of 144 dogs tested in USA in 1990 had some ”markers” for the HIV-virus, but dogs do not have HIV or AIDS.

 

In 1986 the Committee on a National Strategy for AIDS was formed to work out a strategy report for how to conduct the War on HIV & AIDS. The committee was headed by David Baltimore, who, by the way, was convicted for scientific fraud the very same year. In October 1986 the report was published, Confronting AIDS: Directions for Public Health, Health Care, and Research (updated 1988). With this committee and this report, the HIV=AIDS dogma was written in stone forever. Whatever scientific critique later to be raised about this dogma, would immediately be rejected as ‘outrageous nonsense’, ‘quackery’, and an “embarrass­ment for science”. With this report, the billiondollar “War on HIV & AIDS” had started, a war that never can be ended as long as it is based on the viral dogma.

 

For the years 1981-2004, US federal funding for HIV & AIDS programs had reached a total of approximately $150 billion (here). According to the medical database PUBMED, per August 2006 no less than 133.616 medical articles had been written with the word ”HIV” either in the title or in the abstract. And still no solution!

 

AIDS therapy has the same effect as the standard cancer therapies: it does plenty of harm and no good. AIDS therapy actually kills the patient. The primary difference between the older and the newer generation of AIDS medicine, is that the newer one kills slower. According to the Establishment’s propaganda, this slow-killer is proof of great progress.

N. M. Rothschild & Sons helps the British government with privatization. From the company’s presentation of their own history (source):

 

”N M Rothschild found plenty of work in the great wave of British privatization that swept the country during the late 1980s. The company was involved in a number of the country's most ambitious privati­zation programs, including the £5.6 billion privati­zation of British Gas in 1986, the exit of the British government from British Petroleum in 1987, and the privatization of the United Kingdom's water and sewage industry in 1989.

 

At the same time, N M Rothschild, while remaining true to its family-owned and independent status, nonetheless made moves to establish itself as a globally operating entity capable of competing with the financial industry's heavy­weights. As such N M Rothschild bolstered its international presence, consolidating its United States operations under the single Rothschild Inc. entity, based in New York, in 1981 and establishing separate Canadian operations with its Rothschild Canada Inc. subsidiary. The firm also opened offices in Germany and Italy at the end of the decade.”

 

1987: Our Common Future. UN World Commission on Environment and Development publishes the report Our Common Future. The report placed environmental issues firmly on the political agenda. The tune in the report was optimistic, as if the naïve conventional world picture, without any NWO conspiracy, was correct. The report defined sustain­able development in this way:

“development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future gene­rations to meet their own needs."

 

According to the calculations of World Wildlife Fund in their online document Living Planet Report 2004, in 1987 mankind for the first time in history had a larger consumption of the world’s natural resources (”the ecological footprint”) than the Earth’s biocapacity to renew itself. Thus, from 1987 onwards mankind would year by year move ever deeper into a global ecological crisis and collapse. Each year there will be less of the world’s natural resources for the future generations. It is odd that the very same year the phrase ’sustainable develop­ment’ was introduced and made popular, mankind for the first time had crossed the threshold to a non-sustainable consumption of the world’s resources.

 

John Williamson coins the phrase the Washing­ton Consensus to describe a relatively specific set of ten neoliberal policy prescriptions that he considered to constitute a “standard” reform package promoted for crisis-wracked countries by Washington-based institu­tions such as IMF, the World Bank and US Trea­sury Department.


 

1991: David Rockefeller was quite outspoken at the June 1991 Bilderberger conference in Baden-Baden, Germany. He stated:

 

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publi­cations whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years… It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The super­national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto­determination practiced in past centuries.”

 

1993: The European Union (EU) is established by the Treaty on European Union (The Maastricht Treaty) and is the de facto successor to the European Economic Community founded in 1957. EU can be described as both a supranational and an intergovernmental body. [Wiki article on EU]

On 20 Aug 1993 professor Stanley V. McDaniel – teacher of Logic, Critical Thinking, Philosophy of Science, and Ethics at the university level for over thirty years – delivered a copy of The McDaniel Report to NASA HQ in Washington. The report is on ”the ethics and epistemology of research on anomalies in the Cydonia region of Mars”. McDaniel had earlier become interested in the verbal fight going on between those who argued that the NASA photos definitely revealed artificial structures on Mars, and NASA & Carl Sagan who quite simply rejected this as nonsense. McDaniel wanted to make this fight a study case for his students in the sociology of knowledge. He interviewed both parts in the fight, and started to dig in the past.

 

The report is extremely harsh in its critique of NASA, accusing NASA for both withhelding evidence and to deliberately mislead the public. The media clown Carl Sagan, a shill for NASA, was critizised for his many outright lies. Independent researchers like Richard C. Hoag­land and Tom van Flandern were complemented for their integrity and the high quality of their scientific work. This was the very first time that an irreproachable academic third part, whose objectivity and competence no one doubted, had evaluated the Mars evidence and the scientific and the ethic level of the debate. NASA has never given an official reply to the report.

 

1994: NAFTA (the North American Free Trade Agree­ment) came into effect on 1 Jan 1994. This is the trade bloc whose members are Canada, Mexico and United States. The creation of NAFTA was an important step towards the realisation of the North American Union, which will be an important step towards the realisation of a One World Government.


 

1995: The popularity of Internet and World Wide Web explodes. The Internet was originally named Arpanet.

  1. The first “floor” or service to be developed was email, in 1971. 23 servers belonging to univer­sities and scientific centers were connected to each other.
  2. The second “floor” or service to be developed was USENET/newsgroups, in 1979.
  3. The third “floor” or service to be developed was Internet Relay Chat (IRC), in 1988. Over 100.000 servers were connected to each other.
  4. The fourth “floor” or service to be developed was World Wide Web, in 1991. Close to 1 million servers were connected to each other.

In 1995 a new fantastic web-reader program (or browser) was introduced, Netscape Navigator. More than 6 million servers were connected to each other, and 23.500 web-sites had been created. Web search engines were developed to make it easier to get an overview and to find what one is looking for.

 

The Internet is a communication-, media- and information revolution in so many ways, its full significance is difficult if not impossible to fathom. This is the only popular media where neither content nor access is controlled by the Establishment. The Internet is today mankind’s most important instrument to make other people aware of the NWO-conspiracy, and to fight it. Without the Internet, mankind would not have had a chance.


The World Trade Organization (WTO) came into being on 1 Jan 1995, and is the successor to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), which was created in 1947, and continued to operate for almost five decades as a de facto international organization. WTO’s headquarters are in Geneve, Switzerland. From the Wiki article on WTO (here):

 

“The World Trade Organization deals with the rules of trade between nations at a near-global level; it is responsible for negotiating and implementing new trade agreements, and is in charge of policing member countries' adherence to all the WTO agreements, signed by the bulk of the world's trading nations and ratified in their parliaments. Most of the WTO's current work comes from the 1986-94 negotiations called the Uruguay Round, and earlier negotiations under the GATT.

 

The WTO is governed by a Ministerial Conference, which meets every two years; a General Council, which implements the conference's policy decisions and is responsible for day-to-day administration; and a director-general, who is appointed by the Ministerial Conference.”

 

For the NWO Cabal the WTO is:

  • another important step towards the establishment of a One World Government,
  • an instrument to establish neoliberalism as the prevailing global economic policy,
  • to further enrich the rich countries in the First World, and to further impoverish the poor countries in the Third world.


Ken Wilber (born 1949), an integral philosopher-cosmologist and the foremost transpersonal theoretician, gets his most mature work so far published, Sex, Ecology, Spirituality: The Spirit of Evolution [SES]. In SES, Wilber lays the foundation for an integral ”Kosmology” based on the primary dimension of Existence being consciousness. SES is a bold and brilliant integration of Western philosophy, science and psychology, with the best of Eastern philosophy based on thousands of years of real experience with the transrational dimension and consciousness-elevating traditions and techniques.

 

One of the many grand themes in SES is the evolution of cognition and culture from a prerational-instinctual-mythological spiritual world view to a rational-materialistic world view to a transrational-integral spiritual world view.

 

The academic world was by this time utterly fossi­lized by the dogmas given them by the Establishment. They would not respond, they could not respond, and no one in the academic world had any authority to respond. The academic world had no choice but ignoring the works of Ken Wilber and the growing movement around him.


 

1996: The assasination of Amschel Mayer James Roth­­schild (1955-1996); reorganization of the Rothschild empire. Amschel Rothschild, the third son of Lord Victor Rothschild, was found dead, strangled with the heavy cord of his own towel robe, in his suite at the luxurious Bristol Hotel in Paris on 8 Jul 1996. French police determined that he was murdered, according to well-placed European sources. But, French Prime Minister Jacques Chirac ordered the police to close their investigation. The Rothschild family also got help from the media moguls to hush up the event. The British broadcast reporter Ian Gooding said:

 

“Rupert Murdoch sent a  hotline  fax  to  his 600-odd  editors and news managers around the world,  ordering them to report Amschel’s death as a heart  attack, if at all. No one around here has ever seen such pressure to kill a front-page story. But in the  end, the cover-up was complete.”

 

Amschel Rothschild was 41 years of age, and had a happy and dynamic life. He was married to Anita Guinness, herself one of the world’s wealthiest heiresses. Amschel’s visit to Paris was due to a reorganization of the Rothschild empire. In the words of the Rothschilds (source):

 

”David de Rothschild quickly took the lead in rebuilding Rothschild & Cie, transforming it into a new French financial powerhouse and one of the driving forces behind many of the country’s largest business deals through the next decade. When Evelyn de Rothschild began to look toward consolidating the family’s banking interests, he tapped David de Rothschild to become N M Rothschild’s deputy chairman in 1992, establishing his younger cousin as his heir apparent. That position was reinforced in 1996, when N M Rothschild engaged in a restructu­ring of its global operations, reorganizing its businesses around five main product lines: resource banking and treasury operations; investment banking; asset management; development capital; and private banking and trust management services.

 

At the same time the Rothschild operations set up a group investment banking committee charged with coordinating the global financial business of the Rothschild empire. David de Rothschild was named as head of the new committee.”



The Varginha ET/V incident is one of the best docu­mented Close Encounters of the third kind, with multiple witnesses being involved and interviewed. On 13 Jan 1996 an ETV crashed outside of the village Três Corações (Brazil). One week later, on 20 January, up to six live ETs were seen and captured. The two chief investigators, Ubirajara Rodrigues and Vitório Pacaccini, have each written a book about the case, both in Portuguese. Pacaccini published Incidente em Varginha in late 1996. 1997: Ian Stevenson (1918-2007), the founder of scientific research into reincarnation, releases Reincarnation and Biology: A Contribution to the Etiology of Birthmarks and Birth Defects, a two-volume, 2268-page examination of cases in which persons were born with birthmarks or birth defects related to traumas purportedly suffered by a "previous personality," and medical records associated with such cases. These two volumes are the closest to proof of the reincarnation principle that it is possible to come. The same year Stevenson published a pop version hereof for the general reader, Where Incarnation and Biology Intersect.


 

1999: The new NATO. Except for False flag-terrorism and the ”Stay behind”-networks in Europe, NATO had until 1999 stayed within its own boundaries of being a purely defensive military alliance. This changed with the Kosovo War between Yugoslavia and NATO from 24 March to 11 June 1999 (read this Wiki article for details). This war was fought beyond NATO’s borders.

 

In the middle of NATO’s bombing campaign, NATO held a top summit in Washington D.C. on 23-24 April in which NATO Heads of State and Government signed The Washington Declaration and approved of the Alliance’s updated Strategic Concept of 65 points. This Strategic Concept is a radical break with both the Charter of the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty. The Strategic Concept transforms NATO from primarily being concerned with defense to allowing whatever will improve the Allience’s security, including ”crisis response operations” beyond the Allies’ borders. Commo­dore RNoN(r) Jacob Boerresen, on 17 Oct 2000, described the new NATO in this way:

 

”This transformation of NATO entails something dramatically new both in the history of the Alliance and in the history of Norway. From being a purely reactive alliance for armed defense of NATO territory, NATO has become a proactive alliance for crisis management and intervention extending beyond the borders of its member states. Another new and dramatic turn, is the intention to expand NATOs territory to the east by the accession to the Alliance of states located in what used to be the domain of the Soviet Union, and of its successor state Russia. To Norway, the new and dramatic turn, is the fact that for the first time since the seventeenth and eighteenth century Norwegian armed forces participate in war abroad.


From SAPs to PRSPs. In 1999 IMF and World Bank started to replace the Structural Adjustment Programs (SAPs) with the Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers (PRSPs). According to IMF, the PRSP-approach…

… aims to provide the crucial link between national public actions, donor support, and the development outcomes needed to meet the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals, which are centered on halving poverty between 1990 and 2015.


 

The alter-globalist movement: resistance to the NWO Cabal’s globalization of neoliberalism. The unimaginable scope of human suffering caused by the globalization of neoliberalism, primarily in the Third world but also in the middle and the poor income classes in the Western countries, led to the formation of the alter-globalist movement. This is not a homo­geneous movement, but a global network of hundreds of move­ments. Its organization is Internet-based, and it has no leader and no central book. The books by Susan George, however, were important to give people a basic intellectual understanding of what was happening on the global arena.

 

It was necessary to make people understand that neoliberalism and its globali­zation in no way was some­thing ”natural” that ”just happened” and ”had to happen”. Susan George helped people to understand that neoliberalism was a human-made set of economic policies devised by the Corpo-Establishment Empire to widen the gap between the rich and the poor countries, to widen the gap between the upper and the lower income classes, and generally to weaken the power of the governments.

 

The leftist monthly newspaper Le Monde diplomatique (LMD) has had a central role for the intellectual alter-globalists. Ignacio Ramonet has been its chief editor since 1990. LMD is now printed in 23 different versions and languages all around the world.


An editorial by Ramonet in December 1997 led to the founding of the organization ATTAC on 3 Jun 1998. Its primary aim is to fight neoliberalism and its globali­zation. Some of the main issues covered by ATTAC today is:

  • to establish a global Currency Transaction Tax (a.k.a. Tobin tax).
  • defense of public goods and public social services.
  • the struggle to end tax evasion by so-called tax havens and corporate havens as practised by rich indivuduals and transnational corporations.
  • sustainable globalization.
  • cancellation of the debts of the developing countries.

The alter-globalist movement considers its first great victory to be the spectacular collapse of the WTO Ministerial Conference of 1999 in Seattle (USA) [Wiki article].

Summary. At the end of the twentieth century, what kind of a world did we live in? The best overview can maybe be found in UN Development Report 1999. For whatever reason, the Report’s subtitle is: Globalization with a Human Face. The Report is worth reading, in some ways it is very impressive. However, the style of the Report is too Chomsky-like, full of obfuscations and evasiveness.

 

In the Report no one in particular is to be blamed or held responsible. Strong words like “evil” or “diabolic” are not to be found. Oh no, that would be inappropriate. The general tune of the report is that globali­zation just happens. Mankind is no longer in control. We are lost in a very complex and dynamic web of intricate economic-technological processes and macrotrends that just happen to widen the gap between the rich and the poor countries, and between the rich and the poor people in each country. The authors of the Report want to give us hope: The inequalities of today surely can be corrected with just a little bit more cooperation and competence, and with some tea spoons more of global ethics and humaneness. Oh yes, let us all look forward to the new glorious century, so filled with promises and potential for all of us…

 

The Report kills us with statistics and generally good advice for how to make a better world, but the “Eye of the Evil” is not mentioned. The Report does not explore the issue of why the budgets of UN are so pitiful small. Here are some statistics from the Report:

 

“Inequality between countries has also increased. The income gap between the fifth of the world’s people living in the richest countries and the fifth in the poorest was 74 to 1 in 1997, up from 60 to 1 in 1990 and 30 to 1 in 1960. In the nineteenth century, too, inequality grew rapidly during the last three decades, in an era of rapid global integration: the income gap between the top and bottom countries increased from 3 to 1 in 1820 to 7 to 1 in 1870 and 11 to 1 in 1913. By the late 1990s the fifth of the world’s people living in the highest-income countries had:

·        86% of world GDP – the bottom fifth just 1%.

·        82% of world export markets – the bottom fifth just 1%.

·        68% of foreign direct investment – the bottom fifth just 1%.

·        74% of world telephone lines, today’s basic means of communication – the bottom fifth just 1.5%.

 

“The world’s 200 richest people more than doubled their net worth in the four years to 1998, to more than $1 trillion. The assets of the top three billionaires are more than the combined GNP of all least developed countries and their 600 million people. The recent wave of mergers and acquisitions is concentrating industrial power in megacorporations, at the risk of eroding competition.”

 

“Poverty is everywhere. Measured by the human poverty index (HPI-1), more than a quarter of the 4.5 billion people in developing countries still do not have some of life’s most basic choices – survival beyond age 40, access to knowledge and minimum private and public services.

·        Nearly 1.3 billion people do not have access to clean water.

·        One in seven children of primary school age is out of school.

·        About 840 million are malnourished.

·        An estimated 1.3 billion people live on incomes of less than $1 (1987 PPP$) a day.”
